Our History

The company can trace its origins to the early 1980's when it was established to provide specialist manufacturing services to the UK offshore oil and gas industry.

Denholm Engineering has since grown from a small steel fabrication business, to an established and specialist provider of turnkey fabrication and engineering solutions. 

1981 – Company established in Aberdeen offering small scale steel fabrication and specialist manufacturing services

2000 – Company incorporated

2001 – Name changed to Jolibar Metal Works Limited

2012 – Acquired by Relay Engineering Limited, part of Denholm Energy Services Limited

2017 – Renamed to Denholm Engineering Limited
