Machining

Denholm Engineering specialise in light to medium machining providing both high quality machined products and seamless efficient machining support necessary for the completion  of larger fabricated components.

Our facility has a wide range of equipment including manual and CNC milling and turning machines.

Our machining capabilities are:

• Turning: 1,500mm x 1,500mm x 3,000 kgs
• Milling: 1,500mm x 1,500mm x 1,500 kgs

Dimensional verification of high tolerance machined parts is provided by Coordinate Measuring Machine Inspection Arm.

Profile Cutting

Our facility is equipped with a CAD-controlled, oxy fuel profile machine which has a cutting capacity of 250mm and ensures your complex profiling requirements are met with precision. We carry a substantial stock of plate facilitating express delivery of parts and fabrications.

Forming

Denholm Engineering has both Rollers and Press Brakes that are capable of forming a multitude of plate thicknesses. Our range of tooling capabilities means that most bends can be achieved.

Craneage

Our workshop is equipped with two tandem overhead gantry cranes.
